Background
For this painting, I decided to fully embrace my comfort zone and see where it would get me. Unsurprisingly, I landed on the simple landscape, a barrier from the open space, rough brush strokes, and light colors overlapping.

However, possibly from putting less pressure on the process, my hand felt more loose (evident in the blue strokes of the sky) and decisions fell into place more freely. Honestly, I believe this may be one of my first projects in a very long time where I had fun in its entirety.

Overall, a great change of pace, a 10/10 time, and I hope I will run into this experience again!
